Hello guys, I am sharing my view renu broad band is worst network i have seen . I am new user(past 14 days) of renu broadband but from first day i didn't recieved any continues speed in my home . I talked with customer care many time but no one is coming here for resolve my issue that's why i am unable to do my work cause of the bad service of renu broadband . I have talked with Mr.Ravi he said i will check where is the problem and i will solve him asap but my problem is not solved i again called him now he is saying he is an investor( I have call recording for proof ) , don't call me again and he use disconnet the call , Now i am facing net breakage problem all the time . I am unable to understand how i get my money ( installation charges ) because now i don't want to use renu broadband any more in future , and will not suggest any one to use .If there is any responsible person please contact me .

ReplyDeleteI would like to say that Renu Broadband is indeed a very bad Internet Service Provider . The connection was disconnected ( the wire were cut by someone ) due to which we lost internet connectivity , after being patient for 3 days , they are still not ready to connect us . the only thing require dfrom there end is to put a new cable back in place . They were very fast during installation , but If you will face such issues they have been asking us to wait for 3 days this is a joke , and they are not bale to provide a valid reason for the same .
2: They do not provide good speed , the connection says 100 mbps , but the speed dips a lot in afernoon , in evenings , it had made my work a nightmare , I have been working out of Bangalore , but cam to my hometown , expecting a decent service .
The service is really ridiculous , my money is all stuck with them , they do not even pick up the call s.
Neither the customer service is up to the mark , nor their service .
If I am still not bale to get my connection connected , I wopuuld like to get a refund here .

ReplyDeleteI have informed many times to local service provider already.
But he is not paying attention to my problem though I have already paid 06 months rental in advance to him.
This is very unethical and unprofessional.
Pl look into the matter and ask your technical team to remove the connection and refund my advance immediately..otherwise I will be bound to take legal action against the company..

Worst services ever I used from any broad band, Surprise to see zero percent customer eccentric only focused towards business generation
ReplyDeleteI have raised the request for security reversal but respective staff making me fool since last more than 10 days even after reminding them again and again on mails.
I would suggest people just to avoid to have Renu broad band connection, you will feel cheated on every step.
